A MESSAGE FROM Jacob's Journey
My name is Jacob, and I am 43 years old. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in May 2025. I am a father of 2 girls, Peyton (15) and Parker (2). I have been married to my wife, Jessica, for 12 years. I have done 20 Chemotherapy treatments and 15 Radiation treatments, and I AM NOT GIVING UP!
My family and I will be walking in the "Get your Rear in Gear" 5k in Orlando, Fl, on May 17th, 2026.
